Use ICA’s SGAC website or the MyICA app. The website currently also links an enhanced SGAC service . ICA says to choose either version: only one submission is required per trip.
The government service is free. A commercial service fee is not an ICA submission fee. An SGAC is not a visa and does not guarantee admission.
ICA requires travellers to submit before arrival, except those transiting without immigration clearance and residents entering through land checkpoints. Residents include Singapore citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders.
Citizens and other residents arriving by air or sea are not exempt merely because of their residency. Check the ICA requirements for your journey.
Submit within three days including the arrival day. For arrival on 30 June, ICA’s example allows submission from 28 June. Use your expected Singapore arrival date.
The current website offers a Simplified Chinese interface, but its instructions require your information in English.
If a confirmation is missing, check the official retrieval/help options before submitting again. Use Update SGAC for changes to a valid record. The e-Pass issued after immigration clearance is different from the SGAC acknowledgement.
The checker below applies this guide’s local limits. It does not reproduce every question or verify an ICA record. Follow the live form’s requirements if they differ; a warning here does not prove the government will reject your entry.
